Heavily notated and well-worn scorecard for a game between the Cleveland Blues and Brooklyn Greys, circa 1887.  Unlike other 19th Century scorecards featured in this auction, the year of issue is less clear here as it is not written anywhere; we are making an assumption based on the team rosters and reference to the 1885 World's Fair in New Orleans on the item itself.  In poor condition, the front resembles the Cosack H804-11 "Circled Position" trade cards, though appear more humorous and whimsical.  This example mis missing quite a bit of paper from the two bottom corners, however, with additional edge wear and toning throughout.  The scorecard heavily noted, an interesting piece but certainly one with condition issues.
