Our cross-country consignment trip took us to three of the country's four corners; from Vermont to Washington to Arizona, with many, many points inbetween.  This T206 Charlie Starr with the ultra-rare Drum Cigarettes back was the final consignment on our trip, delivered by an astute St. Louis-area collector who found it in an antique shop.  We submitted the ungraded card to PSA for protection, as the numeric grade of PR 1 was a given, due to the overall wear and creasing on the card.  A Drum Cigarettes T206 is not an item where grade is important, however - it's all about rarity, and this represents exactly that: one of just two examples graded by PSA, the only one with a numerical grade.  Similarly, SGC has assessed one example at the AUTHENTIC level as well.  The demand for rare-back T206 cards in the hobby is remarkably strong, and this example should prove to be no exception.
