Attractive cardboard easel-backed display, featuring 16 members of the Baseball Hall of Fame, advertising a souvenir baseball, "autographed" by 27 members of the Hall of Fame.  The brainchild of "Sport Products Co." of Cleveland, the ball appears to have been sold in 1963, and was likely available at retail stores, where this countertop display was designed to stand.  Oddly, the display fails to mention that the "famous signatures" are merely stamped.

The display is constructed of heavy board that is well-worn, with some staining and foxing clearly visible on the front.  Edge wear and creasing is also apparent, though the star power of the piece largely overcompensates - seeing Jackie Robinson, Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, Bob Feller and Joe DiMaggio in the top row alone packs quite a punch.  An outstanding advertising display that could perhaps benefit from a professional cleaning, to stabilize the paper and prevent further degradation.
