Grouping of 12 lower grade cards from the Caramelo Deportivo set, one of the more common (if such a thing exists) and better-known Cuban issues.  As is the case with so many Cuban cards, all of these are in poor condition, with considerable surface wear and scrapbook damage on the reverse.  Collection includes #8 Armando Marsans, #27 Orestes Minoso, #28 Daniel Parra, #42 Charley Kaiser, #60 Roland Gladu, #66 Luis Tiant, Sr., #70 Armando Gallart, #71 Jose Zardon, #77 Reinaldo Coreiro, #81 Gilberto Torres, #97 Santos Amaro, and #99 Limonar Martinez.  Despite the condition, Caramelo Deportivo cards are highly desirable, virtually always found in the lowest imaginable grades - higher-grade examples are virtually a different issue, removed from books.
