Difficult 8 1/2" x 11" program from Jackie Robinson's 1949 barnstorming tour.  Spectacular inside pages feature extensive photos and biographical information on Robinson and his barnstorming teammates Roy Campanella, Don Newcombe and Larry Doby.  The centerfold scorecard has been scored in pencil; it appears that the barnstorming team played at least to a tie, thanks to a home run by the home team first baseman named Scott.  For the Jackie Robinson All-Stars, Larry Doby drilled a leadoff home run in the 2nd, and it appears that Robinson went 3-for-3 with a walk.  The program itself is in poor condition, with staining and some tears repaired on the cover as well as several interior pages with clear tape.  Despite this, the program displays extremely well, a scarce example of Jackie Robinson's offseason barnstorming career.
