Exceptional Louisville Slugger bat used by Hall of Famer and 500 Home Run Club member Eddie Murray between 1980 and 1983.  Graded GU 8.5 by John Taube of PSA/DNA, the bat measures 35 1/2" in length and weighs in at 35.4 ounces, showing outstanding evidence of use, with two handle cracks, one of which has been secured by a nail.  The bat shows outstanding signs of use, with many ball marks and stitch impressions, including blue ink transfers.  Many cleat and bat rack marks are also evident, with Murray's number 33 written in black marker on the knob.  Murray has signed and inscribed the bat with the year of his Hall of Fame induction.  Consigned from the collection of former Baltimore Orioles broadcaster Ted Patterson, LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA.
