Gourgeous Louisville Slugger used by popular shortsop Ed Brinkman, then with the Detroit Tigers.  Brinkman batted .224 across 15 seasons, his best season likely the 1969 campaign with Washington, when he batted .266.  Brinkman actually finished 9th in the MVP voting in 1972 and won a Gold Glove, his defensive wizardry helping the Tigers to the AL East title.  Exhibits strong signs of use, with Brinkman's number 8 written on the knob.  From the collection of Ted Patterson, LOA provided by John Taube of PSA/DNA.
