Outstanding 1973-75 Louisville Slugger used by Baltimore Orioles fan favorite Boog Powell.  One of the most beloved players in Orioles history, Powell won the American League MVP in 1970 after finishing second in 1969, a superstar in the Orioles late 1960s/early 1970s heyday who finished his career with 339 lifetime home runs.  The bat exhibits light use, with a handle crack that has been secured.  Powell has signed and inscribed the bat on the barrel in black marker.  Consigned from the collection of former Orioles broadcaster Ted Patterson, the bat was likely given to Patterson directly by Powell.  LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA, along with autograph LOA from James Spence Authentication.
