Incredibly rare issue depicting players from the Virginia League, one of just 12 subjects currently known.  This example depicts "Steamboat Bill" Otey, a veteran of three Major League seasons with Pittsburgh and Washington, depicted here with the Norfolk Tars of the aforementioned Virginia League.  Otey was a star pitcher during his Virginia League career, winning 19 games with the 1906 club, 22 games in 1907, and 18 more in 1909, but never quite latched on in the majors.  He did, however, manage to be included in the T206 issue.  This incredibly rare card, graded POOR 10 by SGC, features the exact same image as his T206 portrait, though it is orders of magnitude more rare.
