Sensational collection of six framed scorecards, each colorful and carefully scored, chosen by our consignor for their visual appeal as well as their accuracy and neatness.  Professionally matted and framed to a very large 41" x 36", the piece displays tremendously, the symbolism of which just screams "baseball fanatic."  While it is difficult to date the pieces without being able to see the covers, we can describe the six games: 1) Detroit vs. Washington: Likely a 1930s game, with Dick Bartell, Charles Gehringer, Hank Greenberg and Rudy York in the lineup for the Tigers.  2) Boston vs. Cleveland: Mel Parnell vs. Bob Lemon, "The Teammates" of Ted Williams, Bobby Doerr and Johnny Pesky all in the lineup for Boston, Larry Doby in the lineup for Cleveland, all signaling 1950s.  3) Philadelphia vs. Cincinnati: A relatively unfamiliar lineup card for both teams, with Eddie Joost in the lineup for Cincinnati signifies a WWII-era game.  4) Chicago vs. St. Louis Cardinals: Lou Klein in the lineup for St. Louis dates the game to the mid-1940s.  5) New York Giants vs. Brooklyn Dodgers: Monte Irvin's presence in the Giants' lineup, along with Gil Hodges' with Brooklyn likely dates the game to the 1950s. 6) New York Yankees vs. St. Louis: Heavily crossed-out lineup card, 1950s game.  Six beautiful scorecards in total, professionally matted and framed in a gorgeous - but very large display.

It should be noted that the large size of this display will make it expensive to ship.  To save shipping, it can be picked up at our New Jersey location, but we cannot deliver it or bring it to a show, as it is too unwieldy.
