Graded PR 1 by SGC, this highly coveted N173 Old Judge baseball cabinet card features Hall of Fame member Charles Comiskey while still a young ballplayer for St. Louis. While visible pinholes at the top and bottom are captured by the technical assessment of the card, the visual appeal far surpasses the grade.  Most photographic 19^th century baseball card sets are plagued by poor photo quality and image contrast. Separating this card from the rest, this sample features not only a striking image of the young Comiskey, but one that remains clear and crisp. This is a difficult to find card, a seldom-seen pose from the 19th Century Hall of Famer.
