With a total graded population between SGC and PSA in the low hundreds, the Lenox Mouthpiece Cigarettes T206 back variety is among the rarest. According to, the Black Lenox back ranks eighth in total scarcity (including the Ty Cobb back). With just three total graded copies currently known, this is an extremely rare card. The front of the card accounts for its grade, as several creases and indentations obscure the player's face. The back, however, is clean (despite the creases), with no paper loss - an excellent example of a difficult-to-find ad back.

Population Data

SGC Population Report: 4 graded, 2 higher

PSA Population Report: 1 graded*

*Note that PSA's population reports do not accurately describe total population of T206 backs due to their relatively recent adaptation of a system which recognizes T206 back varieties.
