One of the most widely-collected players of the modern era is former Yankees catcher and captain Thurman Munson.  Munson, a team leader and winner of the 1976 MVP award, was famously killed in a horrific plane crash on an off day in August of 1979.  His legacy incomplete, he has become somewhat of an icon among Yankee fans of a certain age, his memorabilia - and most notably, his signature - commanding great competition among collectors.

Presented is a 3" x 5" card signed boldly in large handwriting by Munson.  Light age-related toning has darkened the card slightly, but the signature is clean and bold.  An outstanding example of Munson's signature.  LOA from James Spence Authentication.
